Furnishing of Properties We will be happy to assist clients with the furnishing of their properties and where possible obtain the best discounted prices. There is an appropriate charge for this service. Property Checks We will visit your property to check that everything is in order and report back accordingly. This is a particularly useful service in the winter months when the weather can be inclement and it is reassuring to know that somebody is looking after your property whilst you're not here. In the case of any maintenance repair work we will be only too happy to provide a quote and arrange for work to be carried out. Cleaning Service We will be happy to arrange for your property to be cleaned at anytime. Cleaning services are carried out on request. Cleaning materials should be provided by the property owner. There is an appropriate charge for this service.

Gardening Service We can arrange for your garden to be tended and maintained. Gardening materials should be provided by the property owner and there is an appropriate charge for this service. Rentals and Lettings Where possible we will help property owners with renting out their property and there are various packages available ranging from a full management and rental package to just basic cleaning services.

Swimming Pool Maintenance Some property owners like to take care of their own swimming pools, however we can arrange for this to be done through our property maintenance team upon request, bearing in mind during the summer months when swimming pools are in use they will need daily attention. All cleaning materials and pool chemicals should be provided by the owner. There is an appropriate charge for this service.
